Bloomington Medical Sciences Service Learning Mission Statement

 Mission

The Medical Sciences Service Learning fosters a lifelong commitment to community service for Medical Sciences students through innovative service-learning experiences. Although regional, we recognize we are part of a larger organization and commitment that encompasses all elements of the Indiana University School of Medicine.

Vision

•  All Medical Sciences students have an equal opportunity to participate in a broad range of
  service-learning experiences, including curricular and co-curricular programs.
•  All students (tomorrow’s physicians) embrace their public responsibility as advocates for the
  health and well-being of the community.
